You may have seen this sweet couple on my website and social media before, each session with them somehow gets even better than the last! I’ve had the honor of photographing Kelly and Ray’s engagement session, wedding day, and now the next exciting chapter of their story: parenthood. God has blessed them with a little one on the way and they are already such wonderful and loving parents.

Kelly’s creative mind always dreams up the perfect vibe for our sessions together: classy, timeless, and lots of film! For their maternity session, we settled on the beautifully restored Michigan Central Station in Detroit. The big windows and classic architecture let the subjects shine along with perfect golden-hour light! It’s so special to be invited back into our couple’s lives ( and now friends ) to document some of life’s biggest milestones. Watching our friends grow their families while living out the vocation of marriage is so inspiring! Baby H. is already so deeply loved, and I cannot wait to meet the newest addition to their beautiful family soon. Congratulations, Kelly and Ray!
