GETTING READY – 1.5 hours

The first 45 minutes are for the photographer to capture your details and getting ready photos! The last 45 mins are to capture you getting in your dress, bridal portraits, and any first looks with your bridesmaids, parents, or family and friends. Need a wedding day detail checklist? I have one for you here.

CEREMONY – 1.5 h

For a full nuptial wedding mass, I highly recommend budgeting 1.5 hours from start to finish. This extra time covers the occasional longer homily, vows, nuptial blessing, communion, prayer to Mary, and signing of the marriage license.

FAMILY FORMALS – 30 mins

To make sure we are able to achieve all of the family photos you desire, please budget at least 30 mins for family formals. Average 2-3 minutes per grouping of family. To maximize time, only choose the top 10 most important pairings at the church and we can photograph bigger group photos at the reception.

BRIDAL PARTY PHOTOS – 30 mins

During this time we will photograph the entire bridal party together and then break into photos of just the bride and her bridesmaids and just the groom and his groomsmen.

BRIDE + GROOM PORTRAITS – 45-60 mins ( at least)

A photographer and B+G’a fave part of the day! The more time you give your photographer, the more variety and creative photos you will receive! This is the one part of the day that I highly recommend spending more time on! No bride ever regrets spending more time on these photos, but many brides regret cutting this time short.

RECEPTION DETAILS + COCKTAIL HOUR – 30 mins

You spent so much time creating your dream reception, It should be documented in photo form! During this time the lead photographer will photograph the reception room and the second photographer will capture your guests and cocktail hour.

RECEPTION COVERAGE 2.5 hours

This reception coverage includes the grand entrance, any speeches, blessings, toasts, first dances, and open dancing!
