On the weekend of Divine Mercy, Hadleigh and Luke were married at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Their day was greatly anticipated and we could not have lucked out more with a summer-like day in late April.
Hadleigh was the epitome of calm, class, and grace the entire day – even from the busy moments of the morning! The peace she radiated was so contagious and rare to see from a bride. Her attentiveness to her family and friends and great love for the faith is something I know everyone admires about her!
Their nuptial wedding mass was full of their closest family and friends just beaming with love for both Hadleigh and Luke. Hadleigh and Luke have shared a special devotion to Divine Mercy throughout their relationship and shared a prayer before the image at the end of their wedding mass. How fitting that their wedding fell on the weekend of the feast, so many graces!
We spent the afternoon taking photos on the University of Michigan’s law quad and ended with Dairy Queen! Luke and Hadleigh have a tradition to get DQ after each wedding they attend together so it was a must-have on their day! It was perfect and so them! Everyone loved it and the photographers definitely didn’t mind it either…;)
