Parking: Free but the permit fee covers the admission cost for all people involved.

4. Holcomb Gardens at Butler University

Permit Fee: No Permit Fee
Parking: Free

Holcomb Gardens near Butler University is a great choice if you want a natural feel to your images. With a variety of locations around the park, this location is best during the early spring and early fall.

5. Coxhall Gardens in Carmel, IN

Permit Fee: No Permit Fee
Parking: Free

6. Downtown Carmel, IN

Permit Fee: No Permit Fee
Parking: Free in a parking garage or along the road.

7. Indianapolis Public Library

Permit Fee: No permit is required to photograph outside the library. You will, however, need a permit to Photograph inside.
Parking: Metered or Garage Parking

8. Downtown Carmel / Carmel Performing Arts Center

Permit Fee: No Permit Fee
Parking: Free in the parking garage or along the road.

9. Holliday Park – Indianapolis

Permit Fee: No Permit Fee
Parking: Free in the parking lot
